Byer Covered Bridge
Where: Byer, Jackson County

Built in 1872, the Byer Coved Bridge has been beautifully restored. It spans 74 feet over Pigeon Creek using the simple Smith truss type.

Buckeye Furnace Covered Bridge
Where: Wellston, Jackson County

Built in 1871, the Buckeye Furnace Covered Bridge spans 59 feet across Little Raccoon Creek using the simple Smith type truss system.

Johnson Road Covered Bridge
Where: Petersburg, Jackson County
Built in 1870, the Johnson Road Covered Bridge spans Brushy Fork of the Little Scioto River. The 71 foot long bridge uses the Smith Truss system. The bridge has been recently restored and is open to vehicular traffic.

Arbaugh Covered Bridge
Where: Wilkesville, Jackson County

Arbaugh Covered Bridge was built in 1870 by Gilman and Ward Company. It is a Multiple King truss system with built-in arch supports.

Bay Covered Bridge
Where: Vinton County Junior Fairgrounds

Built in 1876, the Bay Covered Bridge is 63-foot bridge uses a double Multiple Kingpost truss system.

Cox Covered Bridge
Where: North of McArthur, Vinton County

The Cox Cover Bridge is a 40-foot bridge span crosses the Brushy Fork using the uncommon Queenpost truss system.

Mount Olive Covered Bridge
Where: Allensville, Vinton County

The Mount Olive Covered Bridge uses a Queenpost truss system. It spans 48 feet over the Middle Branch Salt Creek.
Ponn Humpback Covered Bridge
Where: Wilkesville, Vintion County

The Ponn Humpback Covered Bridge is truly unique. The bridge spans an impressive 165 feet across Raccoon Creek. Built in 1874, the bridge uses the triple spans of the Multiple Kingpost truss system supported underneath by one massive Arch truss to create its unique humpback shape.
Barkhurst Mill Covered Bridge
Where: Chesterville, Morgan County
The Barkhurst Covered Bridge was built around1830. It is 81 feet long and is a Multiple Kingpost truss system.
Rosseau Covered Bridge
Where: Morgan County Fairgrounds, McConnelsville, Morgan County
Stretching 58 feet, the Rosseau Covered Bridge was moved to the Fairgrounds in 1953. It is a Truss type Multiple Kingpost.
Helmick Mill Covered Bridge
Where: Southwest of Eagleport, Morgan County
The 74 foot long Helmick Mill Bridge is still in use today. It is a Multiple Kingpost Truss bridge, built in 1867. It was recently restored in 2008.
Milton Dye Covered Bridge
Where: North east of Bristol, Morgan County
The Milton Dye Covered Bridge is a Multiple Kingpost Truss, built in 1915 in Noble County. It was moved in 1965 by the Ohio Power Company.
Adams / San Toy Covered Bridge
Where: South of Portersville, Morgan County
The Adams / San Toy Covered Bridge was built in 1875 and resored in 2000. It is a Multiple Kingpost Truss and is 58 feet long.

Blackwood Covered Bridge
Where: Shade, Athens County

Built in 1881, the Blackwood Covered Bridge is a 64 foot multiple kingpost truss system with cut stone abutments. Spanning Shade Creek, the bridge is open for local vehicular traffic.

Kidwell Covered Bridge
Where: Jacksonville, Athens County

Spanning 96 feet over Sunday Creek, the Kidwell Covered Bridge uses the Howe truss system. Built in 1880, the bridge is listed with the National Register of Historic Places.

Palos Covered Bridge
Where: Glouster, Athens County

Crossing Sunday Creek, Palos Covered Bridge was built in 1875. The Multiple Kingpost truss system is 75 feet long and is listed on the Nation Register of Historic Places.
