Nelsonville Music Festival
The Adventure…
Every July, Stuart’s Opera House, collaborating with the Nelsonville Historic Arts District, hosts the Nelsonville Music Festival along the banks of the Hocking River. Folks will have the opportunity to listen to some great tunes from a wide variety of bands and patronize regional artists and craftspeople, including the Nelsonville Historic Art District merchants who will have booths set up to sell their handiwork. And don’t forget to stop by to enjoying cuisine from local food vendors!
This year:
The 6th annual Nelsonville Music Festival will take place May 14-16, 2010 at Robbins Crossing on the campus of Hocking College! Loretta Lynn will headline this year's festival on Saturday, May 15th! Also confirmed: Todd Snider (sun), Black Joe Lewis, Those Darlins, and Michael Hurley. More to come! 3 days of live music, art vendors, camping, and more. Come join us for the biggest party of the year!

Getting there’s Half the Adventure…
The Nelsonville Art and Music Festival takes place in mid July on the east bank of the Hocking River adjacent to the Nelsonville Scenic Railway Depot on US Route 33.
