Strouds Run State Park
The Adventure…
Strouds Run State Park has a lot to offer. The park consists of 2,606 acres of mostly wooded land and a 161-acre lake. Camping, hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, and hunting are some of the recreation activities available at the park. Flowering dogwood, redbud, and spring wildflowers can be found through the park in the spring while the fall foliage paints the park in autumn.

Getting there’s Half the Adventure…
Strouds Run State Park is located just east of the city of Athens. US Route 50 runs along the south side of the park while Strouds Run Road off of US Route 33 leads into the center of the park. Parking is available off of US Route 50.
